Announcing New Pricing August 1st

Dear Tempdrop Community,

It has been a whirlwind year. We grew our team, acquired OvuView, won Best of Baby Tech at CES 2019, and switched to a new plastic manufacturer. Meanwhile, our community is growing by leaps and bounds and we thrive on the positive reviews we get from our users every single day.

We have a big vision for the future and, to fuel Tempdrop, we will be increasing prices beginning August 1.

  • Tempdrop Basic will increase to $159
  • Tempdrop Confidence will increase to $199

While this is only an increase of $10, it will go a long way towards meeting rising production costs, supporting growing operations, and funding innovations we have planned for the near future.

We’re proud of our unique place in women’s health. We make FABM simpler by giving women access to an easy temping tool that supports them no matter what life throws at them, all the while supporting body awareness and literacy. We’re not telling women when to have sex. We’re giving them unbiased data about a key fertility indicator and trusting them to make the best decision for them.

We are, of course, very aware that for some, the price of Tempdrop has already made it out of reach and that there is a very fine line between supporting our growth and being accessible to all women who are searching for a better solution. We recently introduced a payment plan option. It is now possible to purchase Tempdrop in 4 interest-free, bi-weekly installments in the US and many other countries.

As well, we have had many users either use an FSA or HSA card to buy their Tempdrop pre-tax and others have had their Tempdrops partially covered by insurance with a prescription for Tempdrop from their doctor. Temping can be used to help diagnose and treat so many issues in reproductive health. We highly recommend speaking to your doctor. The more conversations we have with medical professionals, the better it will be for women’s health.

Thank you for your understanding and support,

Michael
