Orders are fulfilled in 1-3 business days. Please allow up to a week for delivery in the US, Europe, and Israel, and up to 2 weeks elsewhere.


Tempdrop offers a 1-year/365-day returns policy with the purchase of either Tempdrop Confidence or Tempdrop Freedom. Tempdrop Basic is not eligible for a refund. Returns don't include the cost of shipping. To initiate a return, contact Tempdrop customer service at support@temp-drop.com with your purchase information and the reason for your return.


To initiate a return, please email us at support@temp-drop.com and we will respond with instructions. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you ship Tempdrop without paying for shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once the return is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@temp-drop.com.


We offer a one-year manufacturer's warranty for Tempdrop Basic and a two-year manufacturer's warranty for Tempdrop Confidence and Tempdrop Freedom. Please contact us at support@temp-drop.com to troubleshoot the issue. If we determine the issue is due to a defective Tempdrop, we will exchange it and cover shipping provided it falls inside the warranty window.
