Orders are fulfilled in 1-3 business days. Please allow up to a week for delivery in the US, Europe, and Israel, and up to 2 weeks elsewhere.
Tempdrop offers a 1-year/365-day returns policy with the purchase of either Tempdrop Confidence or Tempdrop Freedom. Tempdrop Basic is not eligible for a refund. Returns don't include the cost of shipping. To initiate a return, contact Tempdrop customer service at email@example.com with your purchase information and the reason for your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. If we provide a pre paid return label or you ship your Tempdrop back to us without paying for shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We require the item to be sent back using a tracked service and we be notified of the tracking number. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have issued your refund within 14 business days. Once the refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We offer a one-year manufacturer's warranty for Tempdrop Basic and a two-year manufacturer's warranty for Tempdrop Confidence and Tempdrop Freedom. Please contact us at email@example.com to troubleshoot the issue. If we determine the issue is due to a defective Tempdrop, we will exchange it and cover shipping provided it falls inside the warranty window.
